๐ Find the real pain points
Reads user interview notes in batches, groups their complaints, and stops when new batches stop showing new problems.
Use it when: You have lots of interviews and need to know what hurts most, and when you have read enough.
๐ Stops when: Two batches in a row add no new problem groups, or you hit the transcript limit.
Copy this loop
Read user transcripts from [folder] in batches of [5]. Pull out exact quotes about pain points. Group each quote with an existing pain point, or start a new group only if it truly does not fit. Track how often and how badly each one comes up. After each batch, check: did the last two batches add any new groups? Stop when two batches add nothing new, or after [40] transcripts. Give me the ranked pain-point list with quotes.
Review every change the agent makes before you keep it. Set a budget or round limit โ the prompt includes one.
