💬 AI prompt: Give your Grok Bot a phone number so it can make calls for you

Connect a phone service to Grok Bot once. Then it can call businesses for you — only after you say OK.

Copy this prompt

Call [business name] in [town] at [their number, or find it] and ask [what you want to know or book] for [day] between [time] and [time]. Use the name [first name] and callback number [your phone number]. Read the plan back to me and wait for my OK before you call. Don't give any payment, account or ID numbers. When you're done, tell me exactly what they said.

How to use it

  1. Open Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude — any of them works.
  2. Paste the prompt and fill in every [bracket]. Black out names, account numbers and member IDs first.
  3. Read the answer and double-check anything important before you act on it.

Not medical, legal or financial advice. The AI drafts; you decide and you press send.

Grok Bot and Grok (made by xAI)

Grok Bot is the one most people should try: a team of AI helpers that do chores for you while you're away. Grok is the chat app it lives in — on your phone, computer, the X app and some Tesla cars.
