Here's a bug report: [report]. Reproduce it in the smallest way you can and show me the failing output. Find the root cause, make the smallest fix, and rerun the reproduction plus related tests. Don't refactor unrelated code. If you can't reproduce it after two serious tries, stop and tell me what you need. Finish with cause, changed files, before/after proof and risks.
