Your AI agent's instruction files have piled up over months and some may now hurt more than help.

Read everything you load automatically: [instruction files, saved skills, memory files]. Don't change anything. For each rule or note, sort it: still useful, duplicated, conflicts with another rule, about an old tool or model, too broad (fires when it shouldn't), or a fact that may be out of date. Show the file and line for each. Then recommend for each: keep, simplify, check with me, or remove. Put the riskiest conflicts at the top. Stay read-only until I approve each change. Stop after the report, with at most [30] items.
How to use it
- Open Claude (or Claude Code in your project folder).
- Paste the prompt and fill in every [bracket].
- Read what it changed or wrote before you keep it.
