Every Sunday, read our family calendar for the next 14 days: [calendar or paste events]. Make a list by day of: events, who needs to be where, clashes (two things at once, or no driver), missing info (no time, place, or what to bring), and things to prep or buy ahead. Use first names or 'Kid 1, Kid 2' only. Then list school or activity emails from this week that need a reply, a form, or a payment, and draft short replies. Don't send anything, RSVP, or pay; I'll review and do it. Stop after the list and drafts.
